- Umbrella and Snow Removal Service: Our valet professionals keep our customers looking and feeling good, even on the days when the weather is the worst.
- VIP Program & Cross Promotion: First Class Valet VIP cards are issued to our most valued customers. This card entitles VIP members to "curbside" complimentary valet parking at any of First Class Valet's locations. We cross-market with our clients through quarterly e-newsletters to our database of more than 550 VIP's that give a brief description of new valet parking locations in addition to special promotions at existing locations. Creating value for our clients and an inside edge on Chicago land happenings for our VIPs.
- Last Call: Last Call Designated Driver Service whereby we drive the guest home in his/her vehicle and follow behind in one of our vehicles. This service protects your establishment and allows the guest to have a safe option to get home with their vehicle.
